Shipping Policy

Because each product is custom-made, production and shipping times vary depending on the item ordered.
Estimated production and processing times (the time before your order ships) are as follows:
Paper Prints and Canvas Wraps: typically ship within 3 business days, but may take up to 1 week.
Framed Prints: typically ship within 2 weeks.
Metal Prints: typically ship within 3 weeks.
Carrier transit time is in addition to these production estimates. Production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on production schedules, vendor availability, holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors beyond the control of 617 Images LLC. If we expect your order to be substantially delayed beyond these estimates, we will contact you, and you may choose to cancel the order for a full refund.
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped via USPS or other commercial carriers. Once an order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Risk of loss for shipped orders passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at hello@617images.com, within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Our Return Policy explains how we reprint or refund a damaged or defective order and file a claim with the carrier.

Personal Delivery Policy
617 Images LLC offers personal delivery to residential and business addresses located within the City of Boston, Massachusetts.
Once your order is ready, a representative of 617 Images LLC will contact you using the phone number or email address provided during checkout to arrange delivery.
If no one is available to accept delivery, the product may be left in a location that is reasonably believed to be secure, such as a covered porch, package receptacle, reception area, or similar location. Products will not be left in locations that appear unsafe or likely to result in damage or theft.
If no suitable location is available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
Once a product has been delivered to a location approved by the customer or reasonably determined to be secure, risk of loss transfers to the customer. 617 Images LLC is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery has been completed.
